2021 October Chapter Meeting (Hybrid)

    PLEASE NOTE: NYC guidelines require proof of vaccination to enter the restaurant.

Please join us for our general chapter meeting on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. This will be an in-person meeting at Stout Midtown. We will also have an online/webinar option for those who cannot attend in person.

FOR THOSE ATTENDING IN PERSON:

Please register ASAP, there will be a small $10 fee. Open bar and appetizers will be provided.

NYC VACCINATION REQUIREMENT:

All guests, per NYC requirements, will be required to show proof of full vaccination or having received at least one dose. Currently, the methods for proof of vaccination that the state currently allow are:

  • NYC COVID Safe App
  • NYS Excelsior App
  • A photo or hard copy of their CDC vaccination card 
  • A photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States for one of the following vaccines: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, or Sinovac. 

For those that are unable to attend in person or prefer to view the presentation virtually, we will be providing a Zoom link later on in the week.
