Membership to the SFPE NY Metro Chapter allows you free attendance to each of the regular monthly meetings, most of which offer CEU's for those required to maintain such for licensing. In additional, membership offers discounted rates for the bi-annual technical seminar. SFPE NY Metro provides its members an opportunity to stay informed on developments in the field globally, as well as their impact locally. 

SFPE also offers professionals an opportunity to interact socially with other members of the field. SFPE will begin introducing after-work social events to help keep the community close-knit, ensuring that high ethical standards and foster further education in fire protection engineering.
